Hi, I’m Ryan- a fitness and nutrition coach dedicated to helping everyday athletes feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. With years of experience coaching CrossFit, endurance, and nutrition clients, my mission is to make fitness simple, sustainable, and effective for real life.
I’m a CF level 2 coach, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, as well as a long-time fitness competitor who understands the balance between pushing your limits and taking care of your body. I specialize in fat loss coaching, performance training, and habit-based nutrition strategies that help clients build consistency without feeling overwhelmed.
My coaching style is direct, supportive, and education-focused. Whether I'm helping someone dial in their macros, build strength, or create a nutrition plan that finally sticks, I want every athlete I work with to feel empowered and capable.
When I’m not coaching or training, I’m developing programs for my gym community, writing weekly fitness and nutrition content, and constantly learning so I can deliver the best to my clients.

Hi! I’m Taylor- a Nutrition and Personal Training certified coach who’s passionate about helping people become healthier, and more confident through simple, sustainable habits. I graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree as a Health Fitness Specialist and later earned my Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Cecil College. I’ve spent some time working hands-on with patients in an outpatient setting, which gave me a deep appreciation for movement quality, injury prevention, and meeting people exactly where they are.
As a mom of two littles, I understand the real-life chaos of trying to take care of yourself while taking care of everyone else. That’s a big part of why I love supporting parents through every stage of life, especially in the areas of women’s health and pre/postnatal nutrition.
I’m also passionate about youth development and currently coach middle school softball. Helping young athletes build healthy habits, confidence, and a love for movement is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
I’m very excited to be a part of this program and can’t wait to support clients in creating a balanced, enjoyable approach to health and fitness that fits their busy lives.
